Attorneys at Robert M. Phillips & Associates
Who you choose to be your attorney is absolutely critical and can seriously affect the outcome of your case.
Our attorneys have been recognized by the State Bar of Texas, private ratings service (SuperLawyer) and the private sector attorney rating service Martindale-Hubbell for both integrity and competency.
We are NOT an “assembly line” kind of law firm.
“It is critical that any attorney that works for me is capable of performing up to the elite standards that I expect. I am proud of the team we have assembled, and am thoroughly confident in our ability to handle any criminal defense matter.” — Robert M. Phillips

In Mr. Phillips' career, spanning more than 25 years, he has tried more than 200 jury trials cases (both felony and misdemeanor), including capital murder, sexual assault, DWI, indecency with a child, and possession/delivery of drugs (controlled substances).

He joined the law firm in 2005 and, before moving to private practice, Mark worked for the District Attorney's office as a felony prosecutor in the 26th Judicial District Court of Williamson County.
